The 134th NJVMA Annual Meeting

Overview

Please join us on March 9 – 11 for the 134th NJVMA Annual Meeting. The NJVMA Annual Meeting features excellent Continuing Education (CE) in a realized, collegial atmosphere. The meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Princeton, NJ from Friday, March 9 – Sunday, March 11, 2018.

Details for Veterinarians, Tech & Office

  • Two Day Registrations for Veterinarians, Technicians and Office Staff include breakfast, lunch, dinner and entertainment on Saturday, as well as breakfast and the 23rd Animal Hall of Fame luncheon on Sunday.
  • One Day Registrations include breakfast and lunch.
  • One Day Saturday Registrations do not include Saturday night dinner and entertainment.

Details for Students & Guests

  • Veterinary Student and Veterinary Technician Student Registrations do not include meals.
  • Guest Registration includes breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Saturday, and Saturday’s Cocktail Reception.
  • Guest registration does not include Saturday’s Dinner or Sunday’s 23rd Animal Hall of Fame luncheon. These tickets may be purchased separately.

Proceedings Notes

USB/flash drive proceedings notes are included in your meeting registration fee.

Online access to Annual Meeting Proceedings Notes is available for registered attendees. Please contact the NJVMA at info@njvma.org for a direct link to the notes for early viewing and to download.

A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Princeton for Friday and Saturday nights, are subject to availability. The group rate is only available until Friday, February 9, 2018, subject to availability. Reservations made after February 9, 2018 may not be guaranteed at the group rate.

The hotel offers free parking to all meeting attendees. Internet access is available in guest rooms.  

The NJVMA On-site Attendee Registration desk will be open at the following times:

Saturday, March 10th, 7:30am – 5:00pm
Sunday, March 11th, 7:30am – 2:00pm

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail at info@njvma.org.

Cancellations received by Monday, February 19, 2018 are not eligible for refunds, however you may send someone in your place by contacting the NJVMA headquarters at (908) 281-0918 in advance of the meeting. Please note that if you cancel your conference registration, it goes not constitute cancellation of your hotel reservation – you are required to cancel your accommodations on your own.
