The NJVMA is committed to actively promoting and maintaining diversity and inclusion in our membership, leadership, and organization

We reject all forms of prejudice, discrimination, and bias whether it be implicit or outright. Such forms include, but are not limited to, those based on physical and mental abilities, sexual orientation, family status, gender identity or expression, size, age, personal values and beliefs, geographic, socioeconomic and educational background, race, gender and, religion.

We strive to foster an environment that empowers our members to realize their full potential in pursuit of the NJVMA’s mission and objectives.
