About the Seminar:
New Jersey continues to be at the forefront of providing broad remedies to protect workers. Our discussion will include recent legislative action providing paid sick leave and equal pay; along with developments in cases involving privacy, workplace discrimination, “whistle blowing” and compensation expectations of company principals. The emphasis will be how recent trends affect your business’ risk management and how to positively apply those developments to strengthen your team.
