NJVMA is seeking candidates to fill three seats on the Executive Board that will become open in May 2025. Now is the time to have your voice heard in a big way. If you have an opinion about the future of the veterinary profession in New Jersey, please consider nominating yourself for a seat on the NJVMA Executive Board.
The NJVMA Executive Board is responsible for the association’s strategic direction. That means the Board decides where NJVMA puts its focus, energy, and resources for the coming years. If you would like to have a say in those decisions, you should nominate yourself for a seat on the Board.
Participation on the NJVMA Executive Board takes a commitment of about 1 hour every month, on average. Most of the work is accomplished through emails and Zoom meetings. Right now, there is just one in-person meeting scheduled for May, just prior to NJVMA’s annual conference. If elected to the board, you will serve a three-year term beginning May 17, 2025 and ending May 21, 2028.

NJVMA is committed to actively promoting and maintaining diversity, equity, and inclusion in our membership, leadership, and organization. We encourage all members who meet the eligibility requirements to submit a nomination.
