  • Registration Hours Onsite
    • Friday, May 16, 4:00 – 6:00 pm
    • Saturday, May 17, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
    • Sunday, May 18, 7:30 am – 2:00 pm
  • Continuing Education Credits – 11 CE credits available
    • Saturday, May 17 = 6 CE Hours
    • Sunday, May 18 = 5 CE Hours
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellation requests must be received in writing or via email at info@njvma.org. Cancellation requests received on or before Friday, April 18, 2025 are eligible to be considered for a full refund, less a $100 processing fee, or a credit toward the next year’s conference. Cancellation requests received after Friday, April 18, 2025 may not be eligible for refunds but may be eligible for a credit towards the next year’s conference. NOTE: Registrations are completely transferrable, so please consider transferring your registration to a colleague who is not already registered; please contact NJVMA and we’ll take care of this for you in just a few minutes. Also, please note that if you cancel your conference registration you are also responsible for cancelling your hotel reservation; NJVMA does not handle hotel reservations.
  • Proceedings Information: 
    • The Conference proceedings notes will be available to attendees on the NJVMA website. Instructions to access the proceedings notes will be provided via email to conference attendees prior to the conference. You may pre-purchase the Printed Proceedings Book which will then be provided to you onsite.
