Dr. Sweeney is a board-certified radiologist based out of the Philadelphia area. Originally hailing from the Boston area, he graduated from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2015.  After completing rotating and specialty internships, he complete his diagnostic imaging residency at MedVet in Columbus Ohio, before relocating to his current location.  He is now a full time radiologist at BluePearl as well as part of the medical leadership with Radimal AI.  He lives with his beautiful wife, two amazing sons, and three cats.

Dr. Evans grew up outside of Boulder, CO and attended Colorado State University for her undergraduate degree. She completed a combined DVM/PhD program at UC Davis, where she studied FIV for her dissertation research. She then completed a small animal medicine and surgery internship at Michigan State University, followed by a residency in clinical pathology back at CSU. After being on faculty at Ohio State University for four years she joined the faculty at CSU where she is an assistant professor, board certified veterinary clinical pathologist and microbiologist, and studies FIP diagnostics and therapy. She lives in Fort Collins with her husband and 1 dog, 2 cats, and 4 kids.

Update from Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine at Rowan University

In 2022 the New Jersey Veterinary Foundation established an endowed scholarship fund at the soon-to-be-opened Shreiber School of Veterinary Medicine at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. These scholarships will be used to ensure that NJ-based students can attain affordable education in the veterinary profession and remain in-state upon graduation. Join us for an update on the school’s progress, both in terms of curriculum and physical structures, from the School’s Founding Dean and former NJVMA President Dr. Matthew Edson.
